If you use Replay Docs on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Replay Docs lets users upload, share, and analyze engagement with documents such as PDFs, proposals, and pitch decks. You are responsible for the documents you upload and the links you share.

You agree not to use Replay Docs for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, or to upload content that infringes another party's rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You retain ownership of documents and other content you upload to Replay Docs. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, analyze, and transmit that content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, share, and track engagement with your content.

Replay Docs may collect session replay, page-view, dwell-time, device, and engagement data from people who view documents through tracked links. You are responsible for providing any required notices or obtaining any required consents from your document recipients.

Paid features may be billed on a subscription or usage basis. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be provided at checkout or in your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Replay Docs from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Replay Docs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replay Docs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
